Sales tax will only be charged on orders with an Illinois ship to address.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money order, cashier's check or personal check (10 day hold on all personal checks). No personal checks are accepted from customers outside of USA. Shipping costs shown are for delivery in the Continental United States (48 states). For a shipping quote for international shipments or any delivery outside the Continental United States - Please email us at: email@example.com.
Most products, unless otherwise noted for furniture/oversized items, are shipped ground via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.
Furniture/oversized items are shipped via freight LTL. Standard freight is curbside delivery; you are responsible for moving the furniture from the truck to your home. Delivery to inside your home is available for a small additional charge ($85.00 -first floor only). Assembly is not included. Very Important - You are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make write all damages on the freight bill to insure YOU have the right to claim reimbursements. Failure to write the damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery will void all of your insurance with the trucking company and you will have no recourse. If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make all notations on the freight bill.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.
Some of our products are offered with free shipping or at a reduced price, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Please contact us for the actual amount.
Please keep in mind that once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified or have been used.
Certain sale items cannot be returned. We will clearly marked this on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.
If your item was damaged or defective or missing parts, please contact us at 847-925-9905 before returning the item.
If you item was shipped via Freight, please read the following information. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us. If your item is due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
All returned products must be in the original packaging with all of the packing materials. No not write on the box.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
