For a shipping quote for international shipments or any delivery outside the Continental United States - Please email us at: support@uniquecontemporarysolutions.com. Most products, unless otherwise noted for furniture/oversized items, are shipped ground via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS. Furniture/oversized items: Shipped via freight. Standard freight is curbside delivery; you are responsible for moving the furniture from the truck to your home. Delivery to inside your home is available for a small additional charge ($50.00 -first floor only). Assembly is not included. Very Important - You are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make write all damages on the freight bill to insure YOU have the right to claim reimbursements. Failure to write the damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery will void all of your insurance with the trucking company and you will have no recourse. If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make all notations on the freight bill. Furniture Pick up: Furniture may also be picked up at our warehouse in Des Plaines, IL by appointment. Please call or email us for more information. All furniture picked up must be prepaid. Returns & Refunds To minimize returns, please examine the description of the product carefully before you place an order. If you have any questions, email us at support@uniquecontemporarysolutions.com If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase, within 30 days, for a refund (shipping is not refundable) a 30% restocking fee applies to all furniture and custom orders. All products must be returned in original condition and in original packing. Email us at support@uniquecontemporarysolutions.com for a return authorization number and instructions on returning products.
